                              RESOLUTION NO. 21837
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                 SEWER EASEMENT FROM FRANCIS M. ROBINSON AND
                 NEIL P. ROBINSON, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 99C,
                 MISCELLANEOUS SANITARY SEWERS REQUIREMENTS
                 CONTRACT, TRACT NO. 8, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                 ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Francis M. Robinson and Neil P. 

       Robinson, relative to Contract No. 99C, Miscellaneous Sanitary
       Sewers Requirements Contract, Tract No. 8, for a consideration of 

       $100.00.
